His entrepreneurial spirit has been a constant throughout his career.
At Dutchman Facility Services, Ben works alongside his son and business partner, Bradley, fostering a family-oriented company culture. While overseeing operations, Ben’s primary focus lies in employee development, marketing strategies, and building strategic partnerships to drive growth and innovation. His leadership approach combines European sensibilities with American business practices.
Beyond his professional life, Ben is a devoted father to three grown children and a proud grandfather, with another grandchild on the way. He finds joy in reading, cooking, and scuba diving. Ben’s journey from Dutch immigrant to successful U.S. business owner exemplifies adaptability and the pursuit of the American dream.
